Lawrence Leyton (UK) - Court Order To Pay - Forex Trading Course.
Rated: Fair [0/10]

County Court Judgement To Pay -

- 30  April 2010 -  Small Claims

Court,  West London, UK

I WON against Lawrence

Leyton.

But Lawrence Leyton is REFUSING TO PAY UP the amount of £618.37. This is the man who shows you pictures of rubbing shoulders with Richard and Judy, the TV presenters, and he had a show on TV Channel 4 on the cure of phobia (I never saw this though).

He has stooped too low in my eyes, in order to "earn" an income and yet this is such a small amount for someone like him to pay back.

Lawrence Leyton is stating he did not receive the notification for the court hearing and going back to court.  He is just wasting everyones time and his costs.  Just because he was not present that did not mean there was no full court hearing.  There was a full court case with his evidence and mine seen, and questions asked.  It took around 45 minutes.

Lawrence Leyton cannot accept DEFEAT.  If he had to receive a payment from me, I am sure he would have received the mail!

I have been awarded full refund (plus small fee for other costs involved), for his one day course.  The software was not a software. It was a rip-off and used as a way to encourage people to enrol.  Plus other issues.

I learnt nothing of value from his course which I could apply later to make money as the initial aim.

For his software, he put together a session of Powerpoint lectures and his motivational talk and a session where he teaches you how to download a demo accountfrom FXPro.com.

This is FREE from FXpro.com plus they have a new version and you are better off learning from them directly free of charge by phone (FXpro.co.uk and it will go directly to their head office in Cyprus)) or chat line.

Also, I got a letter from FXPro which clearly said that Lawrence Leyton was not given any authority to use their software as an incentive to get people on his course. This is what he used to encourage me to enrol for his course.

The Office of Fair trading (UK) website: consumer direct > contact us - will NOT get the money for you. They can just register the complaint for you and monitor if any criminal offence has been commited e.g. trader not paying taxes. I used their template letter though which they sent me.

Previous to us attending the course, there was a different website, and of course without our pictures, which he quickly took it down and placed one with our pictures who attended the course.  And, as I believe it must have been his first forex trading course.

On the course he took my testimonial on the day and I was told that it was towards improvement, and he used the pictures on his new website. No approval was given of my picture. His Thai wife took the pictures and I was told that it was for his records but then used it on his new website.

His website address which was advertised in the newspaper was taken down and he went and set another one with our photos on it.  He used my testimonial in court too.  Be warned of even giving a testimonial to anyone on the day!

That does not mean a thing until you leave the premises and put it to use and get results.  There was no software as promised, to use it.  His website tells you of the software too.

The evidence was strong against him.

He started off as a Magician and he sure can make things appear and disappear from your eyes.

I, an older person represented myself with the help of North Kensington Law Centre, W10, fortnightly session at 6pm.  Get the small claims form first, from the county court.

This is the man (Lawrence Leyton) you will be dealing with and be warned of it. I will be taking him to court again to get my money and the bill is rising for him.

Also, never buy from a website which do not give an address or his/her name. His invoice sent by email do not have the address either! I have rung him twice to ask him to pay up and he hung up. I got the address from another source and since it has gone to court (as a defendent), it is in the public domain too now :

Address removed by admin.

Below is his website and our pictures are still there and he is refusing to remove the one with mine. Why can\'t he use another group\'s, that is if he ever had some more enrolling?

What a contradiction to these comments below. I just just just wonder who wrote it? Suspicious!  Was it the man himself?

Below is comment we received from Lawrence Leyton.

We decided to give him a chance to defend himself.

We have no idea who is right in this dispute. It is up to you
 to decide.

ZORAH VALLY TRYING IT ON!!!
A review was written about me that is totally untrue.

Firstly there has been no judgment against me. We have a small claims court date hearing pending for the 30th of september.

This woman Zorah Vally has been systematically slagging me off all over the internet because she wants to get her money back as she has realised that it is very hard to trade!

Please review the following points in my defence. It should become clear what this woman is up to!!!

Point 1

Zorah Vally attended the seminar for the full 8 hours. There were 4 breaks during the seminar including a long lunch break where at no time did she approach me to let me know that anything was wrong or that she did not understand the course. .

Zorah Vally at the time was extremely happy with the outcome of the seminar. She even wrote a glowing testimonial and ticked that it had in fact exceeded her expectations and that she would be happy to recommend the course

Point 2

There were 5 other people on the course and they were all extremely positive and happy with the outcome of the course and with not one complaint. Should the judge find it necessary these testimonials can be presented as evidence.

Point 3

At no time did I mention any free software in any of my newspaper advertising, Zorah Vally refers in her evidence to a similar website but this was not connected with her course in any way.

Point 4

Zorah Vally mentions that her testimonial was forced under intimidation and the influence of funny music! This is simply absurd, as I have the entire seminar on video and this can be presented as evidence should the judge deem necessary.

Point 5

Zorah Vally seems to be very mixed up and confused on this software/indicators issue, as stated above at no time do I advertise that you will get free software on this course. I do not promise any software, however as a help to new traders, I do point out how to get hold of free trading charts from various brokers and make it crystal clear that these companies FX PRO, ALPARI, MIG FX are not in any way connected with me. I am merely helping students to get some free information and trading tools. This is all captured on video and clearly shows me explaining this to all the delegates, this also can be presented as evidence should the judge deem necessary.

I did receive a call from FX PRO as Zorah had complained to them, but they were completely satisfied with my explanation and in fact asked me if I was interested in becoming an introducing broker!

Summary
I believe the Zorah Vally is simply trying it on after the event to get her money back for whatever reason and is wasting everyone’s time in this matter.

The site is the absolute worst forex purchase I have ever made. I have never seen so many thousands of dollars and accounts blown in so little time with any product, including free MT4 EA\'s!!
